pilargo.io is a wholesale information resource for licensed medical practices, physicians, and research institutions evaluating or purchasing Muse cell preparations. It is not directed at the general public, and nothing on it is an offer to sell, prescribe, or administer any treatment to an individual patient.

Using this site doesn't create a doctor–patient relationship, a client relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and Pilargo Foundation.

Informational content only

Everything on this site — the science pages, the authentication standard, the trial data — is provided as general information to help a licensed buyer evaluate a supplier. It is not medical advice, a treatment recommendation, or a guarantee of any clinical outcome. Muse cell preparations are investigational and are not approved by the FDA, EMA, PMDA, or any other regulatory authority. See the full disclaimer in the footer of every page.

This site doesn't itself sell anything

Submitting the wholesale enquiry form is a request for information, not an order. An actual purchase happens under a separate written agreement between Pilargo Foundation and the receiving practice or institution, after we've reviewed your licensure and documentation needs. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell, and any prices or terms mentioned here are subject to change until confirmed in that agreement.

Our content, marks, and what you can do with them

The text, layout, graphics, and the “Pilargo Foundation™” name and logo on this site belong to Pilargo Foundation, unless otherwise credited. You're welcome to view and reference this site to evaluate us as a supplier. You may not republish, redistribute, or reuse substantial portions of it — including the authentication figures and tables — without our written permission.

Third-party names mentioned on this site, including in citations to published research, are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only.

Links and embedded video

This site embeds video hosted on YouTube and links to external sources cited in our research pages. We don't control those third-party sites, aren't responsible for their content or availability, and their own terms and privacy practices apply once you leave pilargo.io or interact with an embedded player.

Content is provided as-is

We've made a genuine effort to keep the scientific and regulatory information on this site accurate and to cite our sources, but this is an actively developing field, and published figures — trial results, SSEA-3 benchmarks, regulatory status — can be superseded. We don't warrant that any content on this site is complete, current, or error-free, and you should verify anything material to a purchasing decision independently, including through the Certificate of Analysis for the specific batch you're considering.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilargo Foundation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. This section doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited under applicable law, and it doesn't affect the separate terms of any supply agreement you sign with us.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Yavapai County, Arizona, unless a separate supply agreement specifies otherwise.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
